Beyond Behaviour

A starting point for understanding neurodivergence, anxiety, masking, sensory needs and emotional regulation.

From Dyslexia to Neurodiversity:
Seeing and supporting the Whole Learner

Dyslexia is rarely just reading and spelling.

This talk explores how dyslexia can intersect with processing differences, working memory, attention, sensory needs, anxiety, masking and emotional regulation. You’ll leave with a broader understanding of neurodiversity and a clearer sense of how to support the whole learner.

From Conflict to Connection

A compassionate framework for reducing conflict and rebuilding connection.

This talk introduces Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a practical framework developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, for understanding what sits beneath conflict and behaviour in parenting and couple relationships. It explores how stress can pull us into blame, judgment and disconnection, and how shifting our focus to underlying feelings and needs can create more understanding, repair and connection.

You’ll leave with practical tools for self-empathy, difficult conversations, and responding to conflict with greater clarity and compassion.

Specialist Coaching

Our work is grounded in educational expertise, evidence-informed practice, lived experience and a deep respect for neurodiversity.

Connect

Meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood and accepted.

We build trusting relationships where every person's experience matters.

Discover

Together we explore strengths, challenges, patterns and the unique ways each person experiences the world.

Understand

When we understand ourselves and each other, our emotions, behaviours and relationships begin to make sense.

Together we explore the needs, sensory experiences, environments and patterns that shape everyday life, replacing self-blame with compassionate understanding.

Grow

With greater understanding comes greater choice and autonomy.

Together we develop practical skills for communication, emotional regulation, self-advocacy and navigating life's complexities in ways that work for each individual and family.

Thrive

Our goal isn't to make people appear less neurodivergent or different.

Our goal is to help people understand themselves, strengthen their relationships and create lives that reflect who they are and what they need.

“James we are enormously grateful for the support you gave our son. There were two aspects of this one was educational, this meant he was not a rabbit in headlights and therefore was calm and focus better with his other subjects. I also believe you’re an amazing mentor and coach and that was a big reason for our ADHD son to be able to focus and improve and believe in himself. He really connected with you. Thank you so much”
